NotDone is designed as a local-first iPhone app. The initial release is intended to work without requiring a NotDone account.

Information stored on your device

Your processes, stages, timers, notes, history, saved processes and app preferences are stored locally on your iPhone for the core V1 experience.

iCloud device backup

NotDone is designed so its local app data remains eligible for normal iPhone/iCloud device backup when iCloud Backup is enabled for your device. This is Apple-managed backup and restore; it is not live synchronization between multiple devices.

Notifications and Live Activities

If you allow notifications or Live Activities, NotDone uses Apple system features to show reminders, timer status and relevant next-step information. You can change these permissions in iPhone Settings.

Purchases

NotDone Plus purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. NotDone does not receive your full payment-card details.

Accounts, advertising and tracking

The planned V1 does not require a NotDone account and is not intended to include advertising or cross-app tracking. We will verify the final production build and update this policy before public release if any third-party service changes that description.
